Świadectwa legalizacji urządzeń

Wszystkie stacjonarne urządzenia rejestrujące prędkość pojazdów, zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 17 lutego 2014 r. w sprawie wymagań, którym powinny odpowiadać przyrządy do pomiaru prędkości pojazdów w ruchu drogowym, oraz szczegółowego zakresu badań i sprawdzeń wykonywanych podczas prawnej kontroli metrologicznej tych przyrządów pomiarowych (Dz. U. z 2014, poz. 281), muszą przejść procedurę weryfikującą poprawność ich działania, z co za tym idzie posiadać decyzję Zatwierdzenia Typu oraz aktualne świadectwo legalizacji.
